How It Works
The Novacab TESS System harnesses waste heat to produce up to 18 MWh of thermal energy daily, offering a 75,000 MWh lifetime across 15,000 cycles—equivalent to up to 40 years of service. Its flexible design allows customization with 135 different recipes, interconnecting multiple units to capture all wasted heat. The system charges off-peak using waste heat or the grid, supports cold black start for weeks as an emergency backup, and integrates solar BTUs with additional collectors, all while conserving water by reducing chiller heat by up to 27%.

This replenishable system experiences only 15% lifetime degradation, recharging to full capacity, and is 100% recyclable with non-toxic materials. It stores BTUs from chillers or waste heat ranging from -40 to 450°F, cascades to charge and dispense simultaneously, and supports carbon reduction to meet net-zero goals or emission mandates. With a remarkable return on investment (ROI) of 1 to 3 years, it’s a cost-effective energy solution.
